Late-season surge sends UConn to Fiesta Bowl

At 0-2 in Big East Conference action and under .500 overall on the season, there was no reason to think the Connecticut Huskies would end up here.
And yet here they are, the Huskies, winners of the conference title and a berth in the Fiesta Bowl against Oklahoma on New Year’s night. UConn won its last five games in a row, winning the tiebreaker for the Big East title with victories over West Virginia and Pittsburgh. (Read More…)
